Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
Conditions for Returns
- The record must be in its original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition as received.
- Items damaged due to improper handling are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at sales@neurecords.com with:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the damage or defect.
We will send you a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used records.
- Sale or clearance items.
Return Process
Contact us at sales@neurecords.com to initiate your return.
Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except for defective products or errors on our part.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at checkout.
